Location is good, the subway station is close. And it's cheap.

The bed was clean & comfortable although could only get out on one side as it was against the wall!

Cleanliness. Sack your cleaner they aren't very thorough. But for the price paid i can't complain that much.
Very steep stairs to apartment, limited handrail. Decent curtains and a lampshade would be an improvement on the ill fitting blind and bare lamp bulb.
The kitchen was extremely dirty. Besides there was no one to do the cleaning even after my complaint.
The apartment is strange .. a little dirty. Smells bad. And the bathroom had a leak, the neighbor complained all days.
It was a very basic studio room, the kitchenette area left a lot to be desired, the bathroom fittings were hanging off and as the windows were directly over a takeaway it was very noisy, I could feel the springs in the mattress it was one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. However for the money..
The bathroom floor was filthy. Had to lay towels on the floor before we could use it. Needs a lot of decorating to bring the apartment up to standard. The microwave & kettle had splattering a of food over them.
For an apartment very few utensils in the kitchen, no wardrobe , only one very narrow entrance to the apartments via narrow awkward stairs very much a fire hazard in my view as well as difficult to walk up

No soap or Shampoo.
There were bugs in the apartnent. Dead ones in the kitchen. The staff
were slow and indecisive. Our cooker was broken and they could not fix
it - before we noticed the bugs this was an issue. No options were given
to us for this like a refund or change to another apartment, apparently
they were full. Never again.

Someone's products in the fridge;
Used tin can and drawstring under the table in the kitchen;
Sticky footprints after cleaning, "fresh" towels with stains and black mold;
Persistent stench of fast food on the stairs to the flat;
Mice that eat up food on the table at night, and centipedes which eats the crumbs on the floor.
There was no light in the bathroom. Not very clean.

The entrance step are ver inconfortable. There are rats insede the room. The kitchen were out of order.
In one sentence, lack of integrity amongst staff. I booked a studio apartment and no wifi, no intercom to call reception. I could barely sleep cos It was noisy in the midnight
Its not a hotel, its just a place to sleep.
My room was over a kebab, 20 metres away from the reception. And next to my window there was engines doing noise for the whole night. The guy from the reception burped front my couple and me and the athmosphere in the street was common (we saw people almost fighting). Bad smell on the room. Worst hostel I've benn :(.
The room wasnt even in the hotel it was above a takeout shop! The room
was booked for 4 but the had claimed it was only book for 2 people even
though I had called twice to make sure!.
