Important information to guests

Please send the property a copy of a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license after booking. To settle the booking amount, the property will send a secure link to pay online along with damage deposit of GBP 150, which will be refunded 2 weeks after the check-out. On checkout please drop keys in the mailbox. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities. A travel cot/high chair can be provided at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week. Parties and/or loud music are not permitted in the apartments. The standard check in and check out times are: Check in: Monday to Friday - 15:00 – 20:30 Weekends - 15:00 – 17:30 Check out time: 10:00 Out of hours check in or check out is subject to availability and needs to be agreed at the time of booking and the following charges apply: Early check in – 20 GBP per hour Late weekday check in – 50 GBP for check in between 20:30 – 23:00, 100 GBP after 23:00 Late weekend check in – 50 GBP for check in between 17:30 – 23:00, 100 GBP after 23:00 Late check out – 20 GBP per hour until 13:00. After 13:00, one full night charge is applied. Please inform the property of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking. Please contact the front desk team at the property, by phone, 1 hour prior to arrival at the apartment. If the property cannot contact you within one hour from the expected time of arrival, a 30 GBP charge will be applied during Front Desk hours. If outside Front Desk hours, the booking may be cancelled. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Confirmed when , check-in time is known. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform House of MoLi - Commercial Road Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Arvi will send a confirmation with detailed payment information.
