We stayed at the Gloucester Hotel for 4 days and booked one of the studios, which was on the other side of the street. The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite (we had a problem with warm water at day one, as we told the staff about it, they fixed it in the next our). Breakfast was good (although fresh coffee would have been nice). Underground station "Finsbury park" is a 4 minute walk aways, lots of grocery stores nearby. We definitely will com. all reviews »
Staff where very friendly, Room was clean and tidy, Very handy for subway, local shops and Arsenal FC Stadium,.
Very Clean and good value for money. Excellent for public transport and free parking while there.

Bathroom very small. Only 1 pillow each and thin duvets. Cups smelt dusty.
The beds were not very comfortable. The windows had blinds which did
not keep out the light so a problem sleeping as the bed was next to
the window.

Toilet is too tiny !
Breakfast is the same in everyday !.
The breakfast wasn't that much varied and it didn't have fruit, but besides that it was ok.
We raised a safety issue regarding a bunk bed by a large opening window!
The en suite was too small. I could have easily been bigger without sacrificing the bedroom accommodation.
There appeared to be no lights in the stairway in the middle of the evening.
The fire doors in the stairway slammed - closer should be adjusted to avoid this. Got woken up!
Breakfast choice was extremely limited!
The signage was wrong so we could not identify it at first.

Breakfast was lacking.
The staff didnt know of my bookings, our room wasn't ready, we were sent to unclean room and there were bin bags all around the room floor we had to wait extra 2 hours to check in staff did not care, as my partner was ill but I guess I didnt mention that loudly to the staff.
the breakfast was realy poor ,worked in a hotel myself but will never go back.
