Arrivals after 20:00 will be charged GBP 20 and arrivals after midnight will be charged GBP 50. There is a fee of GBP 20 for late arrival if you miss the pre-arranged 1 hour check in appointment. Guests will receive a receipt and details of check in procedures once payment has been received. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals and breakages. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. In the case of groups of 6 or more guests the security deposit is GBP 50 per person. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform City Apartments - Old Street - Barbican in advance of your expected arrival time.
