Check-in after 19:00 is possible for an additional fee, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. From 19:00 - 21:00: GBP 30 After 21:00: GBP 50 Kindly note the property only accepts credit or debit card, and cannot take payments by cash. This property requires a minimum of 2 hours notice for all reservations. GBP 30 fee applies for rearranging the check-in, in case of late show up (over 15 minutes), without prior notice by call and text message (at least 1 hour before check in time). The check-in will be rearranged at the most convenient time. Please note that this property cannot accommodate stag or hen parties. Parties are also not accepted under any circumstances. The accommodation will charge at least GBP 300 breakage and incidentals deposit on the day of booking. This is returned in the next 7 working days after your departure. In some cases arrivals can be charged up to GBP 2000 refundable damage deposit for security reasons. Upon check-in, guests must show a valid, government issued photo ID card and the credit card used for the booking. If the guest is not the cardholder then the cardholder must be present upon check-in to provide the card used to make payment and photo ID. Please inform Apartment Wharf- Discovery Dock East in advance of your expected arrival time. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
