It was a nice area and handy to the tube station. AB. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location. Close to everything and eveywhere. convenient location, Sainsburys nearby, Starbucks nearby, nice pub nearby, short walk to Earls Court tube. Staff were very helpful, there was a nice breakfast buffet, and internet connection was easy. Helpfullness of the staff. Proximity of the hotel to Earls Court to see the concert. Modern decor of the hotel.

Hotel is a basic budget hotel, but well located and serves the needs, just don't expect luxury. I stayed in it a few years ago under its previous ownership, its a totally different hotel now, feels and looks clean!. Excellent Breakfast, helpful staff, very clean. It was clean and the breakfast was good. 1 Lexham Gardens is very well located and the price is also okay. The hotel is furnished in a modern style and comfortable. Breakfast has also been well. . Breakfast was satisfactory.The hotel was conveniently situated, clean and inexpensive. For its price, the experience was much as I expected. It wasn't that the guests were making a nuisance of themselves it was just the lack of any soundproofing. Sorry !. the rooms should be a little bigger, i think at night it was a little noisy. Did not like the tables at breakfast - the one at each corner style was cramped. Road noise is a problem and romms are very small. The only negative thing was that the bathroom floor was not that clean and a little bit small but that for a few days stay totally okay. Lift not working. We were on the 4th floor so this was quite a trek. No offer of help with bags.Phone in room but not connected, could not connect to internet, very cramped toilet!. the coutain of the bathroom was very broken.No hair dryer in my room. There was an odour in the room that seemed to be from the drain or from a vent from the outside. It was worse when the window was open. I did mention this to the staff.The breakfast was the worst I've ever had. The croissant was so hard I couldn't eat it and the bread was actually mouldy - I had to ask for another loaf to be brought out. The coffee was very cheap and instant and there was no marmalade. Really, really poor. Not having enough tables for breakfast.room in basement that smelled like laundry. bed pillows. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbour cough and clear his throat as though he was in my room. Bed was rather springy and lumpy. It was a bit noisy, with poor sound proofing between rooms, and to the outside. They need to get their credit card facilities working.There was no place in the bathroom to hang the towels. Bed was uncomfortable, and there is a very slow public internet. Only small details - instant coffee at breakfast, no tea and coffee in the room. No double glazing and next to main road, so it's a bit noisy. Room could do with some paint.breakfast was poor. very small shower. reception personnell not very knowledgable. As I am stay in the basement, there are usually some water falls downand will go into the window~~. room a bit small if ther more than two nights. Our room(8) was below the dining room which had a wooden floor. From 6am it was like a herd of elephants above. OK if you have got to be up early but as breakfast is served till 10am we would have liked a lie in one morning. This was imposible with the noise. Shame because elsewhere I think the hotel was fairly quietThe matresses were a little on the hard side.The room and bathroom was a little on the small side and there was no where in the bathroom to hang wet towels (no hooks/rails of any kind). The water pressure on the fourth floor was poor.very limited choice of food for breakfast; extra payment for TV; no minibar; "no food in rooms" requirement (??!!). The bathroom was too small and tv reception was poor.no lift available and hairdryer in room. Too small room and bed. They did't have an additional cover. Lift out of order.They did not have real coffee for breakfast and for this reason alone I would not stay again. Otherwise I was very happy with everything. If they have real coffee please can you let me know?. Twin room not completely furnished. If I would come back, I would prefer to be not accommodated at the lower groundfloor, beacuse of the bad smell of the room's sewerage. Block in the toilet reported twice but not rectified during our 4 nights stay. Hotel name not displayed outside and the receptionist is not good in explaining the route to hotel when we called just 100 meters away from hotel. As expected, the room size was tiny, including the smallest bathroom I have ever seen!. Staff are too cool. Some facilities are not very user-friendly, such as the shower door open from outside; the curtains are not easy to operate. Improve breakfast, the room size was small, payment by card should be possible.Hotel is poorly marked from the outside. The bed didn't have a standard boxspring but instead had a horrific unconfortable plywood cross supporting the matress. The thing dug into your back as you slept. Worst bed I've ever been given in a hotel. I had to put the matress on the floor. The bathroom in my room was a converted closet and was the smallest bathroom I've ever had while traveling in europe.
