  Amazing welcome! The lovely helpful man on reception addressed me by my name as I walked in and couldn't be more helpful! Perfect seafront location and a few minutes walk away from where I was working at the Venue Cymru for the weekend. Free parking and a lift down to the car park was helpful. Made sure I made it down to breakfast on the second day and wasn't disappointed! The s - Room had a lovely sea view and close to town and was walking distance to Orme and tram ride to summit. Weather was beautiful and a lot going on with the Victorian Extravaganza weekend. Breakfast was adequate and staff were attentive.The new owners having been there for only six months were striving to improve hotel and with the refurbishments they have done have improved the presentation immensley.   Lovely little B&B, perfect location for me as I was attending a nearby training course, excellent value for money, the lady (a Freind of the owner) was looking after the place for him and was so kind and accommodating....thank you for a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay their again...And...free parking facility was an absolute bonus! :... what people say » -) - The food is excellent, the rooms comfortable and the staff are friendly and caring.
