The satff in particular were exceptionally freindly and helpful. the people. the food. the views.Friendly staff. The staff was wonderful and the hotel is charming. It is the only hotelon this side of the peninsula so it is very quiet. The choices forbreakfast were above our expectations and the best we had during ourentire 3 week trip!. The room was very spacious with lots of storage and a comfy bed! Very nice views and good en suite bathroom! Breakfast was also very nice!. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Nice situation on quieter side of Llandudno.Everyone there was really friendly and made us very welcome. The hotel is in a great spot so it was easy to get everywhere. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant and bar was packed day and night so it is obviously well regarded locally. I would stay again for definite!! We really wanted the main part of Llandudno but, as it turned out, the location could not have been better!!. Very Good Location.the location. Food. Superb view over the bay. Near the beach. The restaurant was nice, and the breakfast room had a lovely view. Staff friendly. food was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Could park easily in front of the hotel. Good location on the sea front with good views. Food good value for money. Found shower difficult to operate otherwise all excellent. The room I stayed in was clean but would benefit from re-decoration. The bathroom tiles in particular needed re-grouting. As I reported to the staff, one bed had a problem with the mattress -put it at a tilt all night. Also, on booking.com this is shown as havinga choice of a smoking room which turned out to be inaccurate, veryfrustrating for a smoker. Breakfast was only served until 9.15 - would have liked this to be extended!. A few minor cosmetic improvements needed. room was alittle cramped and in need of some updating. The decoration in the rooms showing signs of wear. needs money spending on it to refit most of the rooms, but understand this takes a big capital spend that some small hotel cannot afford. The rooms etc were clean but shabby chic!. Room was small and a bit shabby, cobwebs etc. I felt hotel info on web was misleading.
