Owners very welcoming and friendly and the Welsh breakfast kept me going all day (especially loved the sausages - and we come from Braughing, Herts - a village famous for its sausages!!). The friendliness and help we received regarding things to do and places to eat etc. Very warm, clean and friendly. Good location to town centre.Cleanliness, friendliness, comfort and location. The made to feel you welcome by the hosts. The Bodnant Guest House was a very friendly place to stay the hotel was very clean and warm the breakfasts were very good and we would use this hotel again. friendly service, clean and well decorated house/room, lovely breakfast. it was quiet, clean, easy to walk to, and very comfortable. Location very good for the town centre. Homeliness / friendly. Hospitality of owners .Short walk to railway station and town centre. The wardrobe not tall enough to hang longer items of clothing (ladies skirt and coat) - had to hang over open wardrobe door - suggest coat hooks on back of doors perhaps. Also, lino over carpet in shower a bit random - mastic untidy and will soon fail as a result (sorry - but rest of decor so good this rather spoilt the effect). There was nothing about which I could complain.Restricted car parking. unable to get regular tv channels through digi box ?operater error. The single room was an attic type room on the top floor.I kept banging my head on the beam in front of the sink.The bathroom was a separate room with a bath but no shower.At £38.00 a night this accomodation did seem rather expensive for the facilities provided.
