One of the most peaceful hotels we have ever stayed in, set in rural North Yorkshire on the edge of the North York Moors, with a large and quiet garden. Location wonderful - could walk out onto Rosedale Moor, very convenient.

The room was as described, clean and tidy. The staff were great and very welcoming. We only stayed one night before moving further North but I would have been more than happy to have stayed longer should my trip of needed it. We actually ate at The Moors Inn at night and the food was excellent, as was breakfast the following morning. I cannot

Staff very nice and friendly, english breakfast was lovely. Bedroom had everything we needed and bed very comfortable. Drive up to the Inn saw a tawny owl, badger, rabbits and sheep all over the place. Ten minutes away in Pickering had the best Indian Cuisine I have ever tasted.
