  The staff were extremely firendly and helpful, and very willing to accomodate our early evening arrival. The apartment was warm, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.   When I arrived my room wasn't ready yet but stuff was very helpful and gave me another room which was even bigger than the one i've booked. The room was very clean and everything inside is quite new.
