    really like this place. location is nice,close to brighton pier. room clean and comfortable. staff just perfect and full english breakfast delicious. :) hope we will come back soon. - We found Istanbul to be cosy and comfortable.We had a good view of the big wheel.The location was ideal i.e plenty of supermarkets and shops etc

    friendliness of staff. The room was simple but really nice. The whole hotel was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. Would definately stay there again. - The welcome we received on our arrival and the comfort and homely atmosphere of the hotel and room. Bedroom had all mod cons and breakfast was excellent.

    Convienence, friendly staff, the breakfast was excellent although the parking could have been a problem we managed to find a place outside and payed for the days parking. - The staff were helpful and friendly, the location was very good.     This B&B was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and happy to answer questions. After a day of travel, it was nice to come into the room where an assortment of organic teas and coffees and a fresh apple were waiting for me. The bathroom was clean and the shower was wonderful. Breakfast was served in the basement. There were plenty of... what people say » options, including vegan and vegetarian options. The location of the hotel was splendid. The beach was less than five minutes away, the pier just fif - Staff were very friendly and willing to help. Fruit and water in the room was a nice touch. Housekeeping was always great with attention to small details. Wifi was free, had a good, strong, fast connection. The TV decided to go faulty late evening on the first night. Not a problem these things happen, but staff were really helpful and it was promptly replaced with a brand new one. :) Overall very pleased, would recommend to others, and will definitely stay again

    The hotel was bright, warm and cosy. We had a trouble free, warm and friendly welcome and our room, which was situated on the fourth floor was clean and comfortable and well worth the climb. The breakfasts were amazing, plenty of freshly prepared organic food. The organic food wasn't the reason we chose the hotel, but it has changed my way of ea... what people say » ting - delicious. 10/10 - We felt very welcome and appreciated the personal touches and effort that had obviously gone in to making any guests stay enjoyable.

    I had a super great night here. Phill and Louis are super super super friendly and helpful. Convenient location!! Close to the seafront, also not far away from the city center. The room might not be very big, but definitely comfortable.     Our host, Gail & Peter, were very welcoming and helpful with maps, pointing out places of interest to visit, access to the different transportation. The food was excellent, with home made breads, fresh fruit. Gail & Peter made us feel at home in their home, were very interesting to visit with.
