  The hotel is relatively new, and it looks it; very new and crisp feel about all of the décor and the hallways, walls etc. The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. Very comfortable room with a decent sized TV and a relatively small window but with a nice view (from the 11th floor) across Salford Quays. Excellent bar area. Location to ... what people say » get to the centre of Manchester is first rate; the hotel is situated right in the middle of all the new BBC buildings and right beside the Lowry Centr - We had asked for a twin room and when this was not available we were upgraded to a room with a super king bd in the executive area. The young manager who helped us was really helpful. We ended up with a most luxurious room and really enjoyed our stay The dining room was very attractive and comfortable and the breakfast convenient and of a good standard.

  The staff were amazing.They enquired about our comfort/happiness at every opportunity,provided an ironing board and iron with smiles and willingly gave us an emergency safety pin for my daughters blouse( she was in Salford for a university interview) They even wished her luck on the way out.Jim even asked how we were when we were next door having ... what people say » dinner! - I enjoyed the hoyel the staff are very friendly and on the ball when asked for help of directions we were greeted with smiles and helloes on our arrival.   Being a new hotel, it was very clean, the rooms were great (loved the showers). As the purpose of our trip was shopping, the Ramada is quite close by taxi to the Trafford Centre.
