    We stayed there 5 years ago and decided to stay again as it was such a convenient and friendly venue. We went out for a celebration dinner on Friday evening and I happened to mention that it was our 53rd wedding anniversary. When we returned around 11:15pm, the was an envelope on the bed with a card wishing us a Happy Anniversary from all the staf... what people say » f at Canal Side. We were amazed and absolutely delighted. We've travelled all over the world and wouldn't have expected that kindness even from a 5 st - My mum and i stayed at this Premier inn as we were going to see Bon Jovi at Aston Villa FC, we really liked seeing the banners of Bon Jovi on arrival. The receptionist was very helpful and booked a taxi to the venue. I have to say i would stay with them again and all the people in Birmingham were very pleasant and helpful.

    We were in Birmingham for the Festival of Quilts at the NEC. We loved stayingin your hotel as it was so convenient for the city and lovely places to eat in the evenings. Staff were so helpful before our visit and during it. We have already recommended it to our quilting friends for the show next year. - I found the hotel very good from the comfor... what people say » t of the bedroom to the excellent food on offer and the location to all the bars nightclubs and spar across the road, the city only a 10min walk so all in all had a great weekend here

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. - The most comfortable hostel I've ever stayed in! Beautiful en-suite double rooms.

    Very helpful, Knowledgable & Informative staff (we went for a concert), Clean & Comfy rooms, we liked the fact that they served food until 1am for everyone coming back from the concert and that they extended their breakfast hours the following morning. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection - Service was perfect...staff very helpfu... what people say » l from the moment we arrived..felt a genuine need to help us and having small children that is very welcome in starange environments... restaurant was perfect and bed felt comfy and clean..outstanding custer experience all round...

    Rooms are very clean and nice, nice room design, private parking, caring manager Peter, funny kettle (need to include instructions of use ), not far form city centre - Staff and clientele were really warm and welcoming. It's a budget hotel so don't expect the ritz but I would definitely stay there again.
