This hotel delivers excellence in every area, from friendly doormen, who clearly take pride in the hotel as they explain the features of your room ... and greet you by name each time you return, to beautifully appointed rooms, a superbly cooked and presented meal if you choose to dine there, a cosy and inviting bar area and ... what people say » staff who just can't do enough for you. I would happily stay here again at twice the price! - Enjoyed staying here and would do so again! Very modern and the staff exceptionally friendly! Always willing to help and make our stay comfortable! The concierge had amazing suggestions for restaurants and walks - we followed his ideas and had a wonderful time. Would love to come and back and definitely would stay at this hotel!

  Nothing was too much trouble. Service was excellant. Lovely bar to enjoy a drink. Complementry bottles of water. Great being able to have a spa treatment after hectic day shopping/sightseeing. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary during our stay when we arrived we were upgraded to a fab room on a high floor looking over Hyde Park - I absol... what people say » utely loved the Como Shambala meal and food options. The quality of the egg fritatta and the asian broth was outstanding. Room service was faster than normal each time, service , gym was nice and I really enjoyed the location. And the renovated bathroom was terrific.
