    This was without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable UK stays I have ever had. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Though rooms were small, they were well appointed, efficiently arranged and meticulously kept. The staff was stellar, the restaurant exceptional and the location as perfect as could be. The bed was really comfortable (and huge), the hotel is in a good location with a quiet area nearby but the main town just minutes away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

    We had a perfect stay at the Apex International Hotel. Our room was fantastic with excellent views of the castle and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and recommended some great restaurants for us. We had a brilliant time in Edinburgh and the hotel was the icing on the cake.     Choosing accommodation in a city that you are unfamiliar with is always hard. We chose well as this hotel is brilliantly located in the "old " city right off the Royal Mile. Everything is within walking distance and the rooms are a great size with all amenities. This apartment hotel is reasonably priced and is brilliantly locate - Wow- fantastic hotel. We got it for a really good price through letsbookhotel.com and our stay was perfect. The staff were brilliant and so attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.     If you go to Edinburgh I really recomend you to stay on Royal Overseas League Hotel. The staff service is very kind and good facilities.. If you need to have an early breakfast there are not problem, you're going to have it on your room with all that you want to eat. I recommend the Scottish breakfast that is all included on the prize. There is a room called "Castle suite" with a marvelous sight of Edinburgh's C - -Friendly staff. -Great location- only a short walk to key places (waverley, castle, etc). -Room nicely furnished. -Extremely comfortable bed, the best nights sleep that I've had in a long time. -Nice atmosphere. -The cost to stay was the lowest that I could find in the area on that night (just £57), yet you wouldn't have thought it for how nice the place was. Because of this, I would definitely stay again and will recommend to others.

    After reading the reviews,we didnt have high expectations but for us we just wanted a place to put downs our heads for the 2nights we were there.But i have to say the room was immaculate and was way above our expectations.     Right from the minute the lift opened at reception area, we were very warmly welcomed by two lovely girls who were genuinely pleased to see us. I cannot rate the staff highly enough and if any premier inn - Stayed in the Premier inn on Princess street from the 2th to 23rd of Nov 2013. The Hotel is just a 5-7min walk from the waverly railway station and is directly opposite the famous Edinburgh Castle. Although we dint spend much time in the hotel and dint get a chance to dine in, but the Hotel was very nice, Clean and had all amenities one could ask for. A value for money hotel for people travelling to Scotland and are in a mood to Explore rather than stay in!

The fire-alarm went off on one occasion, firemen turned up and declared it as a false alarm, at least we felt safe.     Everything. From the greeting at the door to reception to our bags beingplaced in the best room I have stayed in the uk. The service wasfabulous and the hotel was fantastic - will be returning - I travel an awful lot and I must say the Scotsman is one of the best hotels I have ever been in. Huge room with all the trimmings. Great price. Fantastic
