I thought the room was comfortable and had the amenities I needed. It was better than I expected and its location was great. Walking distance to many sites. The room was clean, spacious with a really comfortable bed. We loved the free internet and music library through the TV. The price we paid was as fantastic as the room, with a saving of over 1/2 the price. We weren't in the room much and wished we could have stayed more than the 1 night just to enjoy the room!

location was perfect! (A minute walk from mile 25!). We only booked a
basic small double, but it was large enough, very clean, the bed was
amazing, the bar very stylish and although we were at the back of the

short time and want to take in as much as you can. The location is
superb. The rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. Free WiFi (
worked beautifully ) made our lives easier....charting routes, train
timings, directions etc etc. The staff were very helpful and courteous.
Simply loved the chilled water outlet and the Guest Services cupboard
available for guests . a very thoughtful gesture by the hotel and much

This hotel is actually on St Paul's doorstep, quite the best location possible. The check-in was over in seconds and our room was large, and had everything ~ including the kitchen sink!... and the cost was as unbelievably small as the bed was unbelievably large! We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

Our room overlooked the river. It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Although I booked a standard double at a very deep discounted rate (typically this means getting the box room next to the staff quarters), I was given an apartment room which was really a suite. I like most things in the hotel. It was a very good experience.. When i travel again to London i will book this hotel. It is excellent for couples with a little son. The apartment size and facilities were convenient. I will recommend it for any one ask me for hotels in london.

Excellant hotel, location and staff. We did have a problem with bed the first night (headboard dislodged) and the next day they moved us to better room and gave us a discount for that night. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. - Excellent location for the main tourist sites in London
