  The rate (60 quid) and the breakfast! Also within walking distance of the MEN arena where I saw the fabulous Neil Diamond in concert - a cracker of a show as always. Also good parking facilities, a health club on site (did not have time to use), and a strong shower. - I liked the fact that we could use the pool and other facilities whilstwe were st... what people say » aying there. I also was really pleasantly suprised by thebreakfast menu. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were politeand attentive. Would stay there again.
