When we arrived the staff were extremely friendly. We were given a map of London and was showed where the local attractions were, and the closest tube stations too. We were upgraded to a larger room for our Honeymoon which had a balcony. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. We even had free snacks, bottled water, and a gift of chocolates waiting for us.

The front desk managed to get us rooms when we checked in at 10am after arriving straight from the airport. Another plus point was the close proximity to both Bank and Monument tube stations as well as Liverpool Street Station. There's a nearby Sainsbury and Tesco Metro stores for added convenience. I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. We had hoped for a relaxing city break and that is what we got.
The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely.
