  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Staff were very helpful and although room was a bit on the small side, they had originally set aside a larger (quad) room but I wanted a double bed.
