  Friendly staff who went out of his way to place us together which resulted in an upgrade. Booked months ago & got really good deal. Parking car for us was worth paying extra for. - The location, the large room, comfortable beds, warmth, ease of walking to places of interest, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, great room service food.   The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep. The hotel was very clean and although we didn't eat there the facilities looked very good. - I love the quality of the strand as soon as yo... what people say » u walk in though its only3 star the service and sparkle of the hotel lifts your spirits. It isthe third time I hsve stayed at the hotel and the best snd coulntrecomend a better place two mins from covent gardern and a short whilefrom the theatres.
