Jo and Martin were very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and the cooked breakfast each morning was excellent. There is plenty to choose from on the breakfast menu, and as you can make your selection the evening before, get exactly what you prefer. We had a great stay and with Llandudno's attractions being only a short walk away would happily recommend Granby House to anyone visiting Llandudno. We will certainly stay again!!

A hidden gem. Immaculately clean and run by one of the friendliest families you could meet. The B & B experience at its best, clean fresh rooms and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing quiet lounge bar at cheaper than pub prices just to top it off.
Perfect location, lovely and quiet to relax and yet one street from the town centre and two streets from the promenade and pier. Turn left and walk 5 mins to the bars for some nightlife, turn right for a chippy and gift shops.

A very warm welcome and a beautiful single room at the top of the building with stunning views of the sea and bay between the Great Orme and Little Orme. It was veyr nice to have a quiet separate breakfast room from the large coach parties. The choice of breakfasts was amazing. The large secure parking area was a real bonus. All in all, an excellent hotel with real value for money. Thank you!

Situated very well for beach and shops. Friendly landlord and staff. Large comfy bed nice linen, good seating in room and very clean.Coffee etc. with biscuits and mints a nice touch, also slippers provided was a nice surprise.
Great full English breakfast !
Garden to front with nice seating area, shame it wasn't getting the sun but very pleasant to sit in when warm.
