The concierge was attentive to our needs, from bringing coffee, arranging airport transfers, to booking last minute tickets. Breakfast in the luxurious dining room was excellent. A wonderful hotel!

  My girlfriends and i had an amazing stay. The men collected our bags. All the staff were lovely. The rooms were beautiful and it was peaceful for its location. The breakfast was well worth having. More than needed. When we returned in the evening our beds had been turned down and handmade chocs put in our room. Cant wait to go back thankyou - A... what people say » mazing place.   I just loved Park Int. Hotel. The room was much bigger than expected, staff was impressive, very friendly and helpfull. It's location is superb, 3 min walking to subway station and restaurants just across the street. It's 5,7 min walking to Natural History Museum and Science Museum. The room was cosy and clean. And the breakfast..well lets say I ha... what people say » d breakfast at 8am and I ate again only at 15pm :) - The hotel is welcoming and at the price was certainly excellent value for money. It was in an excellent location within easy reach of Londons major attractions. I will certainly be visiting this hotel again.

  Overall a very positive experience. Large spacious rooms, modern but very comfortable. Staff very helpful. Super location close to Tube Station, Chelsea / Kensington. Would definetly recommend. - Room was a good size, bathroom excellent. Everything very clean. Staff were friendly, helpful (they let us check in early at 09:30).

  Me and my husband came for valentine day and had a wonderful time at the hotel.We really enjoyed the use of the pool and jacuzzi.The room was very comfortable even though we had a likage in the bathroom,the staff dealt with very professionally. - The staff were extreamly hospitable and friendly, I would definatly staythere again!

  The Seraphine on Kensington High Street is friendly, clean and comfortable. I booked a single room which was certainly compact but well equipped and good. The bed was very comfortable and it wasn't stuffy or hot. The shower room was attractive and had good quality fittings. Good wi-fi connection. You don't even need to bring your iPhone charger. A real hair dryer in the room. Professional, courteous staff. Close to High Street Kensington station. Across the road from Kensington park and Kensington palace. Walking distance to Royal Albert Hall. You can walk to Harrods if it's not raining. The location is amazing with great shops near by. Really I would recommend this hotel.
