  Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. (Th... what people say » ere was no additional charge) I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating.My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

  We were "Upgraded" to another Grange Hotel on the opposite side of the road. BUCKINGHAM HOTEL. This was even better than the Lancaster. The `Ratings` shown above are in fact for this Hotel.   The hotel was an excellent hotel to stay in for our stay, especially having our own key to get in late at night. - Very nice comfortable room, excellent bathroom and shower as did have not an en-suite.
