Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume.
Wi-Fi was excellent.
Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay.
Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.

Fantastic location and excellent value for money. You really do get what you pay for, if not more. The reception staff were amazing at suggesting things to do and places to eat in the area. Wifi access is very fast, considering the hotel was very busy when we stayed there. Continental breakfast is part of the price and it includes a wide choice of pastries, pancakes and a variety of breads. Very filling and hearty! When I arrived there was no soap in room and when I told the guy on reception he brought some up immediately. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet (as it overlooked the garden at the back). -

The room we stayed was spacious. The staff were accomodating even when our booking confirmation was misplaced. All staff are friendly there. Budget friendly Hotel. A short walk away from Westfield Shepherd's Bush/ tube.
