We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. I stayed for my wedding pre night and actual night. They upgraded my room and generally looked after me, with much care. Daniel the manager was fantastic. They couldn't have been more helpful.
