There is no lift at this hotel, and if you are carrying suitcases to the
fourth floor, it is quite a climb. The hotel is a bit rundown, but if
you need a place to stay that will not break the budget, this is it. It

Location is great, hotel area is decent, it is very near to Lancaster
underground station. They have given us a room at ground floor but we
requested a room at up floor (same floor with our other friends). They
helped us asap.

A very pleasant hotel ideally situated just three minutes walk from Paddington station. From Paddington the hotel was extremely easy to find. The Staff were very polite and helpful. The location was great for the purpose of the trip which was to see the sights of London. - Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent price. Perfect location for our theatre weekend.

having to book 2 rooms in other hotels. The staff were accomodating and
friendly. The breakfast was good and nothing was too much trouble for

The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. Very friendly staff, great location as we were in London to go to Victoria casino. Breakfast was great and for the price it really was superb! I would definitely go back again. -
The staff were all very helpful. The location worked well for using the bus system. Good wifi, clean, large breakfast.
