The wireless service was very useful (we had a laptop and we could check on the net information about transports and places of interest at any time. Nice and friendly staff. When I arrived there was no soap in room and when I told the guy on reception he brought some up immediately. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet (as it overlooked the garden at the back). -
The room, shower and toilet facilities were a good size for a single room and the room was bright and sunny.

We arrived early and very wet and was allowed to use the room to change into dry clothes even though the room had not been changed from previous occupants. The room we stayed was spacious. The staff were accomodating even when our booking confirmation was misplaced. All staff are friendly there. Budget friendly Hotel. A short walk away from Westfield Shepherd's Bush/ tube.
