The Hotel is in a very central location, close to the station, whish was very important for us as we did not hire a car. - I was in a brand new room, so it was very clean and in good condition. Location to underground station (Gloucester Road) is excellent.

We were allowed to check in early which after travelling fo several hours was very convenient. The happy hour was a nice touch too. Truly excellent. We were upgraded to a 2 bed suit which was superb but event at the full price it will not disappoint.
