  B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room. Good selection of toiletries in the bathroom, cooked breakfast/cerals is served in your room (no fruit). Very central in London, but outside of conjestion zone (sky tv in room with movie channels).   the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.

  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra... what people say » supplies. - Exellent service throughout the hotel. Seldom to experience service like that. Very good alternative for a weekend in London.
