    As I was going to Wimbledon on the Mon 24th - hotel ideal for location. The majority of staff were helpful, friendly. Reception staff helpful providing buses numbers and cost to Wimbledon and information how to get to Kew Gdns. He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much. The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again. Free breakfast, free wifi. what more do you need?

    The staff were really helpful and polite, cheerful and gave attention to the children making them feel welcome and special.     The rooms of hotel are all new and very nice , I asked for iron and hair dry which was no problem staff are understanding it's a very good safe hotel if you are using st George's ! The resterant beside was good as well .

    As a female solo traveller I felt very safe at this hotel which was important to me. I arrived at Wimbledon station and the hotel was very easy to find from there and only a few minutes walk. The lady on reception was very good and informative and even carried my case to my room which was ready even though I had arrived before the official check ... what people say » in time. My room was a small single with a shared bathroom - I knew this when I booked. The bathroom was only shared with the staff and so this was no - The hotel was so convenient for the centre of Wimbledon. I was able to walk to the hotel from the station, so no bother with taxis or buses. My room, although quite small, was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, combined with the coffee making facilities and a tv I had all I needed for my stay. The breakfast was charged as an extra but it was well worth it. There was a choice of cereal and juices, tea or coffee, toast and any or all of egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and baked
