The apartment was excellently located. Very close to the North Clapham tube stop with many shops and restaurants surrounding it. It was very clean, the beds were comfy; having a fully appointed kitchen was a huge benefit - there's even a clothes washer. The wifi was great. Luxurious spotless accommodation close to central London. We arrived a tad early but the friendly receptionist let us check in. Our two bedroom apartment was set out over two floors and all I can say is quality. Excellent double glazing, all mod cons, mirrored furniture, sparkling white kitchen, fabulous showers with plenty bath sheets and comfy beds. If you don't want to use the cooking facilities a menu is also avail. Very good security system in place too. Well done to all staff who maintain

good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

We booked studio and the upgraded to two bed room apartment (free of charge) also, they agreed to give a late checkout until 2:00 PM.

Fabulous. Great location next to Vauxhall station, lovely roomy apartment with a beautiful view if the Thames from the balcony. Lovely girl called Jasmine met me on my arrival to handover keys and show me the apartment and couldn't have been more helpful. Tesco, Sainsburys and Waitrose all close by for groceries and just a short tube journey to anywhere in Central London you fancy. Really felt like a home from home.
