  Very good - hotel spotless. It must be noted that I am in agreement that the hotel rooms are very small. It may help to put in the room dimensions in. If you were a 'larger' than average build you may struggle. The Staff were fantastic, very polite and couldnt do enough for you - even opening up a bottle of my own wine to drink in my room. (Th... what people say » ere was no additional charge) I would stay again - The staff were very friendly and accomodating.My Mum and I went to London for a 3 day break, this hotel was convenient for getting to and from the station. The rooms were a bit small, but very clean. I would recommend a stay at this hotel and will certainly go back. Very good value for money!!

  Our room was lovely and fairly large by London standards. The sofa converted into an extra bed for my father, who was travelling with us; even in this configuration, there was plenty of space in which to move around.   The position of the hotel on The Strand was brilliant for sight-seeing. Even though our room was at the front the shutter system meant we had virtually no noise or light at night, so we had a good nights sleep. The hotel was very clean and although we didn't eat there the facilities looked very good. - I love the quality of the strand as soon as yo... what people say » u walk in though its only3 star the service and sparkle of the hotel lifts your spirits. It isthe third time I hsve stayed at the hotel and the best snd coulntrecomend a better place two mins from covent gardern and a short whilefrom the theatres.
