The location is perfect, it's right beside the river, very close to the main shopping area and the beautiful buildings of the University. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Above all, I was impressed by the staff - attentive to the needs of customers and I experienced three clear examples of staff members going the extra mile to help the customer get what he required .
