  I found this Hotel excellent value, the staff were really lovely and very helpful. I felt really at home.   Staff member allowed us to leave luggage in a secure room approx 7 am on day of arrival, also reception manned 24/7 which made me as a lone female with teenage child feel very secure. - we were only there for two nights and found it to be easy access to the tube.The location was also within walking distance to Westminster and the city

  Excellent conditions, nice and quiet, great rooms - not very spacey butone has to keep in mind it's Europe and the hotel is the formerresidence of a former British Lord! Great location: close to Victoriasubway and also within walking distance from both tourist attractions(ex. Buckingham Palace and Westminster) and stylish shopping area(Brompton and... what people say » Kensington). Very friendly and obliging staff. - A truely excellent hotel (luxury townhouse style) that deserves its five star rating. It is a very central yet quiet hotel with loads of charme and friendly, helpful staff. There might be no sauna but our room was furnished with lots of taste and the marble bathroom might have been small but it was always squeakingly clean. We enjoyed our stay there a lot and can recommend it.
