Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. The breakfast was smashing

Everything! communal aera with tea,coffee, water and fruit for guests. You dont have to book in at reception! The beds are spotless and comfortable. Great value for money, room small but there was a private toilet and shower with clean towels, soap and shower gel, which was great. Wouldn't expect more for the price I paid. When I arrived the lady was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know about how the hotel works. It was ok for one night. -

This B&B was wonderful. The staff were warm and welcoming, and happy to answer questions. Staff were very friendly and willing to help.
Fruit and water in the room was a nice touch.
Housekeeping was always great with attention to small details.
Wifi was free, had a good, strong, fast connection.
The TV decided to go faulty late evening on the first night. Not a problem these things happen, but staff were really helpful and it was promptly replaced with a brand new one. :)
Overall very pleased, would recommend to others, and will definitely stay again
