  The room and its facilities were all excellent. The way they dealt with food 'issues' was excellent, most of the staff (possibly not quite all) seem to genuinely care that guests have a good experience. - the atmosphere generated by the pleasant and helpful staff made our stay a wonderfful experience and would stay there again if we found ourselv... what people say » es heading for that area of the country.

  The staff were very friendly and nothing was to much trouble for them. The restaurant was really beautiful and the staff were great (BIG thank you to them) all in all this was a beautiful Hotel and they made us feel extra special. The rooms are very spacious with a Lovely Big bed and everything that you need in your room down to a fridge with a ca... what people say » rton ... yes I did say carton... of milk instead of the little portions that you usually get. Thank you to the staff of Casa for making our stay a hap - Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiley!!! and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel although situated on a roundabout, you wouldn't have known it, was in a perfect location for seeing all the beautiful places around the area. Matlock, Bakewell, Buxton, Snake Pass all just a few minutes drive away. Beds were amazing probably the best nights sleep in a hotel I've ever had. Restaurant was brilliant, food really good, and again the staff were fabulous.
