I stayed there for a week on this trip, and will certainly do so again the next time I am in Belfast. -
Location was a close walk to downtown. Staff was very friendly (always called me a cab as I didn't have a phone), helped me print train tickets and answered all my questions. Bathrooms were quite clean. Only thing that maybe was a downer was the wifi in my room wasn't great, but it was great eveyrwhere else so it didn't make a difference to me really

The Bed & Breakfast is located close to walking distance to the city. Kevin and June the owners are friendly. Kevin is helpful with organizing tours and knowledgeable of the local area and city. They provide comfortable, clean premises and a great Irish breakfast menu.

Great room, beautifully decorated. Whole place is gorgeous looking and feels very loved. Very easy to get the bus in and out of Belfast. Amazing detail and everything has been thought out with care and attention. Couldnt believe that i could also get gluten free breakfast and cakes. The tea rooms are worth a visit on thier own as they are so beautiful, and the conterence room is a must see. The hotel is run by the most wonderful couple and i can not wait to return thanks for a welcome stay.

A warm friendly reception on our arrival (despite arriving late due to taking a city tour first).
