  Location was great. Rick in reception was very helpful, cheerful & friendly. Kitchen staff were very obliging at breakfast which was very nice. The rooms were basic & 'tired' but clean.   i just tell you that everthing was positive,the malasya lady is very polite ! in my next return to london i would like to be there again.. nice and lovely place as well - I read a few poor reviews of this hotel and have to say that none were justified.
