Our newly refurbished restaurant offers a great selection of dishes throughout the day; breakfast, a light lunch or make an evening of it with our contemporary bar and restaurant. A new Restaurant Manager and new Chef brigade will ensure an excellent dining experience.
On the first floor the Park Suite, which enjoys spectacular views over Bushy Park, is an ideal venue for private functions or meetings. Let our conference and banqueting team arrange all the details and you do not even need to leave the hotel. Located just ten miles from Heathrow airport and surrounded by numerous places of interest, the hotel is an ideal choice for both business and leisure.
Rooms are either in the main hotel or across the road in the Liongate Mews. Unfortunately due to the age of the accommodation, we do not have a lift in either building.

The help of the staff, we able to check in early as we were going to a wedding, also as we had been traveling from early morining and arrived at 10.45 ish, we were able to get something to eat. The cooked breakfast and the wonderfully thick and luxurious duvet!. The lovely smile of Mariah waitress in the lounge. Very close to Hampton Court Palace. Ease of use and ample parking. For the price I paid (£55) it would be hard to beat for a single room in this area. The included breakfast was excellent as were the staff. Expect a 3 star hotel with nice people and you will not be disappointed. If you want 4 star service look elsewhere. Car parking adjacent.Easy parking, and comfortable bed. Tv and Stero playing at breakfast and coffee almost took a layer off ourteeth, but everything else was fine.Both rooms in the annexe were reasonable but neither had any toiletrolls, towels for one person only in each room, no teas and coffees.Everything was replaced on request.On the first morning (Sunday) we camefor breakfast, eight of us in our group, and were informed they only hadone egg, there were many other people staying as well who came later forbreakfast. We had an 'attic' room, with very small double bed, so for £90 did not seem good value. The window had been left open and the room had a lot of insects in it.The room we were 1st offered was very poor in terms of decor etc and badly in need of a refurb. when we complained we were offered a far superir room without any fuss. this room though was excessively hot. we were supplied with an electric fan and an inefficient air-conditioning unit. breakfast was very good. we thought the hotel was over-priced !!. No mirror at table with hairdryer. Room was okish, they have tried hard to upgrade and the general style is nice, they have however not used top quality labour and the finishing in parts is poor.Value for money it was ok, staff particularly friendly, especially at breakfast. The hotel rooms were to warm and could do with some attention. Rates are cheap though through this site.The hotel needs a 'make over'. Kitchen not working - no evening meal available.grubby exterior. Very slow service at tables at breakfast and our room smelled of something like smoke.Being given £4.80 change in 5 pence pieces? No mirrors in the room. Torn wallpaper. Hotel record of room price was different to that confirmed by on line system. The decor downstairs needed finishing downstairs, and the bedroom was shabby. The bathroom was dirty and the window would not open. initially put into a cold, dull room. heating not working. asked twice for this to be rectified and then asked to be moved. second room much nicer and heating worked. why put customers in a scruffy, cold room when a much nicer room was available, doesn't make business sense. cooked breakfast was very poor.uncomfortable bed. Cockroaches in the bedroom. We looked at 4 rooms and picked the best of a bad lot. There was noshower gel or shampoo, just a piece of soap the size of a 50pbetween two. Yes poor bedding worn out decor.
