  the beds were attractively desgined, comfortable, the room was well sized with many nice additions (tea, coffee, kettle, iron ...) city centre easily accessible, internet in room the area is quiet very helpful staff, good breakfast included in price - I booked a single room but got a large family room - an unexpected and very welcome upgrade. Th... what people say » e rooms are not en-suite but the bathroom is not faraway and it was very clean. Nice full English breakfast included in the price. Free wifi.

  We stay in B&B's at least once a month and this place is the best we've ever stayed in. A B&B with a feel of a 5 star hotel. From the amazing decor, furniture and king size bed to the fantastic peaceful garden.
