Beautiful 18th Century hotel, with fabulous hotel suites, designed for luxury and comfort. - The staff was very accomodating in providing assistance in booking aroom due to no reservation being received from LetsBookHotel.com.   We received a warm welcome from the very efficient and friendly receptionist (Samira?). Our room was well located towards the side of the hotel and away from the road; it was comfortable and had most things that one would require. Everything was very clean. Unfortunately I was taken ill during my stay but the staff were superb; they couldn't have ... what people say » done any more to help. An extension to our stay was quickly and efficiently arranged. As it was, this proved to be unnecessary. There was plenty of pa - The location was near the M25 and very easy to find. Local shops nearby include newsagents and fish and chips all within walking distance. We drove 10 mins towards Hemel Hempstead for cinema with nearby mc Donald's Pizza Hut and large tesco. We stayed here for one night to enable us an early start to Warner Bros Harry Potter.
