  Nicely positioned, within walking distance of town but just out enough to be quiet. VERY friendly! Simple rooms, ours was a small ensuite, mega power shower but all very clean and fresh. We used it as a base to tour surrounding areas, perfect for our purpose. Good breakfasts, nice evening meals. All seems recently refurbished (apparently Alex boug... what people say » ht and "bottomed" it 3 years ago), fresh and tasteful. Parking in front of the building - discrete and secure enough for 4 Ferraris to be safe for 2 n - Staff very friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough to help. Excellent location to explore Jedburgh and other towns in the Borders. Lots of history and lovely scenery. Breakfast good quality. Evening meal menu well priced, good quality. Large room well appointed. Outside tables and seats to enjoy the garden. Off street parking. Free wi-fi. Small and friendly hotel, well worth a visit.

  We Really liked the hotel. lovely room large room with excellent bathroom.and very clean.Dining and breakfast room was very nice and evening meal very good ,but could have had more choice...breakfast excellent - Very good Hotel Rith in the middle of town.
