Excellent B&B, representing outstanding value for money. We stayed in a superb room overlooking the Derby Houses. breakfast was excellent with some unusual choices not usually offered in B&B accommodation. the gust lounge is a thoughtful touch as is the availability of water and milk for our use. Geraint was helpful and courteous throughout our stay. we met guests from all corners of the globe and advised them that this standard is far from the norm for the UK. all reviews »
We liked everything about this b and b. The host was friendly, helpful and informative about the local area. Lovely room, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable, beautifully decorated, everything we needed. Bathroom was huge with bath and shower. Lovely breakfast, plentiful with hot items cooked to order. A lovely stay.
The owner was very pleasant and even took us into the town for a meal at a restaurant he had recommended and it was excellent. He also provided us with a telephone number of taxi firm for us to get home without having to walk. The breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable and clean.
a warm welcome with a cosy cup of tea in the spotless kitchen, food perfectly cooked. we were even driven into Ironbridge in the evening and on one occasion a table booked at the restaurant. It would be hard to find fault with Springhill there wasn't anything too much trouble.
A beautiful and clean B&B within walking distance of Ironbridge centre. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was plentiful and beautifully cooked. They offered us lifts in to the centre in the evenings and recommended good places to eat.

We loved everything about the house, rooms, breakfast. The Host was lovely. Location very good as just out of Town, away from traffic, easy walking distance thru short-cut. Surrounded by amazing broadleaf woodland.

the room was a bit small and the shower was very claustrophobic but other than that all was good.

The bathroom is the smallest I have been in. The hot water for the wash basin is supplied by an electic geyser and was barely warm enough to shave with.
The sink in the en-suite was impossible to use due to its' size and the fact the water heater protruded over it.
The shower in our room was rather difficult to access. A large person might have a problem.
