The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was very good. The room was large and clean. The host was very nice to me and the breakfast served was more then rich.The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I liked the internet facilities, the free tea and coffee service and the guest lounge. Frankly speaking, this was the first time I stayed in a guest house other than a hotel run by a famous chain such as Holiday Inn. But for me, it was quite satisfactory. Most of all, a Tube station (Boston Manor) and the office I visted are all within walking distances (5~15min). The room was quite clean with an accompanied bathroom and free WIFI access. Breakfast was well prepared. Very convenience location and reasonable price. However, I had missed the hotel because I didn't found any sign.A nice clean, basic room, staff were pleasant and friendly. Travel to London circle line about 40 minutes via bus and underground. Customer relations manager very nice. Proximity to tube station, location, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. The homely fealing it gives. Its like staying in your home.The young lady was as helpful as could be. clean and friendly owner. We were only there one night, but there was nothing that I didn't like. There is no TV in the room, but not a big deal. :) And check-in time ends 5:30pm. Need to make a phone call to check in later than the time. But possible. I don't know but it would be better to make a call if you need to check in later than the time.Some of the decorating needs finishing. Rather bare essentials,works still needs to be done on the property.Little information about the city from the hotel staff. The stairs are old and makes funny sound when used. They do not have a mirror in the room!. The guest house was very basic. Looked as though it had just been bought. What little furniture there was was very old and tatty. Wallpaper peeling [and missing]. No toiletries - not even soap! Great deal of road noise.no television in hotel room, no table and chairs.

Boston Manor station is only 7 minutes’ walk from the guest house and Brentford’s mainline train station is just 10 minutes’ walk away. You can get to London’s celebrated West End in 20 minutes and to Heathrow in 15 minutes by London Underground. Boston Manor station is on the Piccadilly line (dark blue) of the London Underground network.
The guest house is also conveniently located for those wishing to visit Ealing. Local buses run regularly from the bus stop by the hotel. The E8 bus runs to Ealing Broadway shopping centre and Ealing Broadway train and underground station, with a journey time of around 12 minutes. Ealing Broadway shopping centre has all modern facilities and is ideal for shopping, leisure and dining.
Brentford and the surrounding areas also offer plenty of places to visit, including Kew Gardens, Syon Park and nearby Twickenham and Richmond.
