The welcome from Victoria on reception, taking time to speak directly to
our 5 and 7 year olds about their day at wmsp and being genuinely
interested, and going along with the plastic Leema trying to check in!
Bless her. All the staff were more than happy to help. Our 3rd Premier
in stay, first time here. Would highly recommend for Safari Park base,

The staff were brilliant. They always had time to talk to you and always
took an interest in what you were going to do each day. Excellent
location for the black country museum.
Clean accomodation and pleasant and helpful staff. Good light proof curtains. Good value breakfast nicely prepared with prompt and friendly service.

Mattress was too hard for us so we had difficulty sleeping and had aching joints the next day.
For this reason we would not use Premier Inns again except in a dire emergency.

Put in a disabled room.bed was to low for me.
The double bed was too high for my elderly disabled father but he struggled getting in and out and managed to sleep in it (as the single bed was too low for him to get up from). We booked a standard 'twin' room as I was told the designated 'disabled access' rooms only have one bed, and I needed to share the room with my father. (I have selected 'mature couple' under question above as there was no option available for father/daughter).
The televison didn't work, no phone in the room.
No air con, but I guess it is a budget hotel.

Had to get some removed to be able to access our bed.
damp smell in corridors and slamming doors.
man hole outside our bedroom window allowing sewerage fumes into our room and corridor. We only realised when we opened the window for fresh air and saw that there were pools of sewerage below our window. Apparantly the pump had broken on the Friday when we arrived but we were still put in that room!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
