  Everything about the Hotel;, Staff were welcoming and friendly -the room was large, light, airy and comfortable as were the beds. The food we ordered as room service was quick to come and tasty and breakfast was delicious. The Hotel is close to both the auditorium and town centre so was ideal for us and it was easy to get in and out of Grimsby fro... what people say » m there. All in all an excellent stay! - Very friendly staff/manager at check in. Gay couple so sometimes have problems. No issues at all. Rooms very very good value for money. Large, full bathroom/bath facilities a plus. didnt use them due to late arrival but additional facilities such as spa/sauna etc all included in price were an added bonus.

  Clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Good meal in the restaurant although a little expensive. - Free wireless Internet. Very comfortable bed. Nice toiletries. Greatchoice of drinks and bottled water.

  The room was perfect, spacious and relaxing. My 8 yr old daughter had her 1st stay in a hotel and loved it. The receptionist who checked us in was very friendly. Later in the visit i saw 3 housekeepers who were friendly. Ideal location as my brother lives a few minutes drive away. - This was my first experience of a Premier Inn. The room was ... what people say » very comfortable. The staff were kind, helpful and looked after me very well. I would stay again and would recommend to my work colleagues. The Haven next door do very good meals too.
