The room, food and hospitality was superb. We had an excellent stay for valentines with flowres and chocs in our room. Nice to be greeted with a cuppa and a heart shaped biscuit! This hotel once again fulfilled all our expectations. We will be back again in the summer. Thanks again for a memorable stay.The hotel was very clean, room was adequate for my needs, food was very good. Nice bar and lounge has a huge tv with a Wii !!! What more does a man want! This place does what it says on the tin!. A warm and hospitable welcome by two people who took every care to make sure that we enjoyed our stay: a level of service far in excess of that normally experienced in the hospitality industry.There was fresh fruit in my room. Lovely room and en-suite. Excellent home cooked food. 10/10 for breakfast! Would recommend anyone to use this hotel. The hospitality tray was fantastic. Good location although sat nav directions were trying to route us through a pedestrian area. We were able to park direcly outside the hotel and there is additional parking at the rear. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent..Professional and personnel touches. breakfast very good - staff good. Screeching seagulls at 6am in the morning! At certain times of the year the young gulls get a bit noisy wanting breakfast - to be expected I suppose, living so close to the sea. Didn't spoil my hols as I wanted to be out and about early anyway! Ensuite bathroom could have done with a larger sink but quite adequate for my needs. Shower was great!. Stairs would not be easy for anyone with disability. Not suitable for disabled. our en suite for that specific four poster room was small though, other rooms we saw were very spacious. The sound prrofing left something to be desired: noise from the nearby arcade was clearly audible in the room even with the windows shut. Shower was hot but there wasnt a great deal of pressure. Owner was aware and apologetic and has made arrangements to sort it out.The hotel it self was very nice but the 4 Poster Room we stayed in wasvery dark due the colour scheme (Dark Red walls/dark wood 4 poster. Alsothe shower room was very cramped. The en-suite shower room was rather cramped.Breakfast could be improved. the stairs!. En suite was rather small. No hot water one morning which the owner investigated and apologised for a problem with the timer. Small rooms and poor shower. bathroom very small - even though it was a premier room - needed some repairs - room not up to standard which we had expected.

All food is home cooked and locally sourced through an award-winning butchers.
A full cooked English breakfast or a lighter continental breakfast is included in all of the quoted room rates. The traditional English breakfasts are freshly prepared and made using locally sourced produce.
The bar is open from 18:00 to 22:30 (Monday to Saturday). The bar is closed on Sundays.

From the A47:
- Head directly into Great Yarmouth until you can see Sainsbury's on the left-hand side.
- Turn left at these traffic lights (St Nicholas Road).
- At the next set of traffic lights, turn right (Nelson Road Central). Head along this road, over a bump, then you will see The Albion Pub on the left.
- Turn left here (Albion Road) and go down to the 'T' junction and turn left.
- Follow the road round until you come to the dead end and you will see us on the left-hand side.
