staff were great, really helpful. hotel bed was comfortable. swimming pool was small but lovely and warm. Breakfast was great, very filling, plenty of choice, cooked breakfast was very hot. Reception and bar area very modern.and yes I would stay here again. Staff were so helpful at all times especially at breakfast time, room was small but unexpectedly we got an adjoining room to act as a dressing room, couldn't really find any fault and would stay there again.

I can't eat gluten and they supplied gluten free bread and offered to get gluten free sausages for breakfast. we were guests at the wedding of Jayne and Gary White, as their reception was at the hotel it was the perfect place to stay, a great day. Location across from the beach and only a short walk to all amenities. Very good food. Friendly staff. Staff were very friendly, location was excellent, hotel was very clean and fantastic breakfast. Spacious Room Cleqn and well equiped Good Choice of breakfast Relaxed and Friendly atmosphere. First class facilities the food was the best. And the bar was not a rip off. Five star. All quite good for the money and standard of hotel,what we expected,no complaints here. bedrooms could do with a bit of updating, but all in all was a lovely hotel. Pool is described as heated which it is not. Price of alcoholic drinks from the bar could be lower. Also the pool was very cold!. Room was covered by the layer of dust like nobody cleaned it for weeks. 7AM SUN alarm,proves it works !!. We booked a double room at £90 and my fault not to ask for disabled.The room allocated had three steps to it so we were moved to another room.However for the price we had to walk side-ways to get out of the door and my bedhead was infront of the door so when my husband went out of the room I had to get out of bed so as not to be seen by people passing by going to there rooms. Nothing. nothing!. Yarmouth was quite dead at night which was surprising for July. Silver service. about the lift. needs to change the lift. I think the price we paid was quite high, no entertainment or music of an evening. All in all I think the Hotel needs some renovation very dated. Facilities were a bit disappointing. Spa and steam room not working. Came for a relaxing weekend for facilities advertised. the window in the room was broken. the handle came off the wardrobe. Restricted restaurant opening, 6:30 to 8 for dinner is a "half-board" mind set, not attractive to other guests or walk-in. The water was not very hot. it could do with udated. The window in the room was dirty,hair in the bathtub,unprofessional service(staff not very nice). Old fashioned rooms. Twin room rather small. Very slow refill on toilet. Pool area a bit disappointing. The full English breakfast was meagre to say the least. one sausage, one rasher of bacon, one egg, half a tomato and a soldier of fried bread! You could upgrade this for only SIX pounds more!.
