all of the staff were very friendly, nothing too much trouble, ask if had good days out prices of food and drink very good, hope to go back this year or next would recommend - breakfast was nice. and the staff were so helpfull

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This included the ladies cleaning the room, reception and those working in the restaurant. The room was a good size, clean and was very quiet despite being next to a busy road. Breakfast was excellent with healthy choices. -

Quiet, but very effective air conditioning.

We stayed for two weeks and the staff allowed us to keep an iron and ironing board in our room throughout our stay.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a drink in Hubb's bar and felt very relaxed. We have stayed, at the Ramada Encore three times now whilst visiting my daughter in Rochester. The hotel is modern, very clean and within easy reach for visiting local areas of interest. We will stay there again on other visits to see my daughter. Thanks.
